Pallet lumber developing mold can be a huge concern for manufacturing and storage facilities that place their products on wooden pallets. If requested by the customer each component of the pallet can be treated with a product called Nexgen. Nexgen prevents mold from growing on the lumber long enough for the moisture of the lumber to dry to the point where conditions are no longer suitable for mold growth. The lumber is submerged in a vat and then placed over a drip pan until the excess product has run off of the lumber. Once the pallet components are dry enough they are ready for assembly.
To tackle the mold problem head-on, we've researched and implemented innovative solutions. One such solution is the use of an EPA-registered fungicide called Nexgen. This fungicide is highly effective in preventing mold growth on wooden pallets, providing our customers with peace of mind knowing that their products are protected. By utilizing Nexgen and other advanced methods, we're able to offer a reliable and effective mold prevention strategy that ensures the integrity and safety of our pallets.
