New Pallet

We have manufactured and distributed new wooden pallets since 1983. We specialize in custom wooden pallets and can provide pallets that will meet each customer’s unique specification. Over the years we have handled sizes as small as a 21×21 and as large as 121×48 using premium hardwoods or pine lumber.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Deck Boards

 We can supply premium pine or hardwood deck boards. By using our Timberland Big Jake 4000 scraggmill along with our West Plains 125 Series Resaws we have the ability to cut 4’’ and 6’’ decking in virtually any thickness and up to 55’’ long. Our Timberland Big Jake 4000 will mill each log into a four sided block.

Stringers

Our stringers are cut out of mainly cants. We trim the cants to length on our Brewer Golden Eagle remote cut off saw forming a four sided block. Next, each block is perfectly sized to ensure each stringer will be the correct height. After exiting the sizer the blocks are conveyed and turned before entering our West Plains 125 Series Resaw.
