Our stringers are cut out of mainly cants. We trim the cants to length on our Brewer Golden Eagle remote cut off saw forming a four sided block. Next, each block is perfectly sized to ensure each stringer will be the correct height. After exiting the sizer the blocks are conveyed and turned before entering our West Plains 125 Series Resaw. Each stringer is cut to the correct thickness and then graded for quality. If specified the stringers then are conveyed to our Timberland Double Head Notcher. The stringers exit the notcher and are once again graded for quality. After being deemed to be suitable for use in building 4-way pallets the stringer are stacked by our auto stacker and sent off to nailing assembly.
